Militta is a full-cycle reproductive technology agency based in Kyiv. Since 2017 we have organized surrogacy and egg donation programs in Ukraine and Georgia for intended parents from Ukraine, China, the EU, the USA and Australia. We are not a clinic: all medical stages are performed by our licensed partner clinic "Lita", and deliveries take place in a state maternity hospital in Kyiv. Our job is to select and screen candidates, organize every stage, protect all parties with a notarized agreement and bring the program to the birth of a child and the child's documents.
In August 2017 Ihor Kopytov founds Agency of Reproductive Assisted Medicine "Militta" LLC in Kyiv. The first programs: selecting surrogate mothers and egg donors for couples from Ukraine and China.
Militta's founder opens the reproductive clinic "Lita" on Dniprovska Naberezhna in Kyiv (MoH license No. 0711/17-M of 7 Nov 2019). From then on all medical stages take place in one clinic, and the agency has worked with it from day one.
At the start of the full-scale invasion the team evacuated surrogate mothers together with their families from combat zones and provided housing and support. Not a single program was abandoned.
The number of babies born in programs supported by Militta passed 500. More than 400 surrogate mothers and more than 500 donors have completed our programs.

Four fertility specialists; medical director Nataliia Vladykina, a reproductive specialist and geneticist of the highest category, member of ESHRE and the Ukrainian Association of Reproductive Medicine.
Pregnancy care and delivery. In case of premature labor the surrogate is admitted to a specialized maternity hospital with a neonatal intensive care unit.
Specialized reproductive-law lawyers working on an outsourcing basis. They prepare the notarized agreement between the parents and the surrogate mother and handle the birth certificate and embassy documents. At the lawyers' request we do not publish their names.
Real people accompany the parents and the surrogate mother through the program. A personal coordinator is assigned at the start and stays available 24/7.

The team organized their evacuation together with their families, provided housing in a safe place, medical supervision and moral support. All programs were carried through to the birth of the children.
One of our surrogate mothers went into labor at 28 weeks. The coordinator promptly brought her to a maternity hospital with a neonatal intensive care unit, where both the woman and the baby received timely care. Despite a critically low birth weight, the baby is doing well.
We do not publish names, photos or details of client programs: no family has consented to sharing their story, and we respect that. Reviews from surrogate mothers and donors with a verified source are available on our Google and Facebook pages.
